Our objective is to ensure a secure, seamless, and convenient payment experience for all clients, supporting various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and mobile wallets.

The payment process begins with the generation of an invoice detailing the services availed and the corresponding charges. A secure payment link is provided to complete the transaction, and upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt is sent to the registered email and phone number. Clients can monitor the status of their payments through the “Payment History” section on our official website.

Refunds are subject to specific conditions. Refund requests are eligible in cases of overpayment, duplicate transactions, or cancellations made within the prescribed period. Refunds for services already rendered are not permitted. Clients must submit refund requests through our Contact Us page or via email at info@adhirathhomecare.com, attaching the payment receipt and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and are credited back to the original payment method.

Cancellations of services must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid penalties. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee of up to 25% of the service cost. If a payment has already been made for a canceled service, clients may request a refund in line with our refund policy.

All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology, and our payment gateway is PCI-DSS certified to ensure the highest level of payment security. We do not share clients’ payment information with third parties, except as required by law or to facilitate the transaction.

However, Adhirath Home Care is not liable for errors caused by clients, such as incorrect payment details, or issues arising from third-party payment providers. Clients are encouraged to review their details carefully before confirming transactions.
